Down in the building's 1 basement floor, Bar Eden Kanda occupies a snug space centred on its bar counter. Its defining feature is a format where the theme and host change day by day, creating a lively social scene drawn by whatever unique gathering is on the schedule that evening.

Rows of bottles along the back bar provide plenty of choices for finding the right drink. The whisky selection is well stocked, featuring Islay malts like Ardbeg 10 Year Old, Laphroaig 10 Year Old, and Lagavulin 8 Year Old, alongside Japanese expressions such as Yamazaki 12 Year Old and Ichiro's Malt, as well as bourbon. Drinks can be matched to any taste, with cocktails highlighting fruit and herbal liqueurs, the bar's Hyper Delicious Lemon Sour made with kokuto shochu, or draught beer.

Alongside the glasses, snacks include mixed nuts, chocolate, and cheese, complemented by light bites such as edamame and karaage fried chicken.
